気持ちが沈んだ時、何かその気持ちを晴らせるものがありますか。
悩み事がある時、誰にもそれを相談できない。
仕事が上手くいかない。
友人関係に何かしらの障害が生じた時。
学校で嫌なことがあった時。
天気が悪くて、気持ちが上がらない時。
失敗してしまった時。
人は落ち込む。
気持ちが沈む。
何もやる気が起きなくなったり、動きたくもなくなる。
それはただダラダラしたいわけじゃなく、体が動いてくれないだけで。
そういう気持ちが沈んでしまった時、あなたは何をしますか。
一日のリセットとして早めに寝る。
好きな音楽を聴く。
体が少しでも動くなら汗を掻く。
食欲があるなら好きなものやおいしいものを、お腹いっぱい食べる。
娯楽で遊ぶ。
ゆっくりお風呂に入る。
他にもあるだろう。
もしないなら、何か探さないとだめだ。
人の気持ちの浮き沈みは激しい。
そういう時に何も対応できることを考えていないと、沈みっぱなしだ。
自分のやり方でその沈みを浮き上がれるように。
僕は今日も好きな文字を書いて気持ちを上げて、好きな音楽を聴いて寝ます。
